Today I can post a map I’ve been working on for the amazing James Haeck! The lead writer of DnD Beyond, Co-author of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist and the Co-author of the Critical Role Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting! If you don't know any of those things then.. well, you might want to check them out :)

I’m so happy with how this map turned out though and it's an odd one for a few reasons! 
Firstly, the perspective means that you can see the sky and the wonderfully evocative moons that are drifting across it. I was very keen to draw some moons/planets and this was a great excuse XD 
 
Secondly and perhaps a little more subtlety this colour scheme was a challenge. I started with light greener colours but it just didn't look right or fit with how I imagined the world based on the descriptions given to me by James and so I threw out my first pass and started again… the second time around I ended up doing a sunset colour scheme and everything clicked! 
 
This was a commission piece, so this is just for Personal Use Only if you want to use it for your own home game but there are a few versions in the downloads below!
